丁寧に仕上げたブルーベリージャムです。

自然栽培のブルーベリーとオーガニックシュガーだけでことこと煮込んで作ったジャムです。
樹木のホルモンバランスを整える剪定により、農薬や肥料に頼らないフルーツを育てています。その生命力にあふれる自然栽培フルーツでジャムを作りました。

保存料不使用/容量:100g
※高温直射日光を避け常温で保存してください。
開栓後は冷蔵庫で保存してください。

肥料・農薬・除草剤不使用
当園のブルーベリーと南高梅は肥料・農薬・除草剤を使用していない自然栽培です。
ブルーベリーは、一粒一粒完熟を手摘みしたものを使用。
梅も樹の上でじっくり熟し、落下した梅のみを使用しております。

三穂の郷農園

安心・安全なこだわりの農産物を提供するため、岡山県のほぼ中央に位置する吉備高原の農園で、「無施肥、農薬不使用」の自然栽培に取り組んでいます。肥料も一切用いませんが放置農法ではなく、耕起や草取りなどの圃場管理はしっかり行い、「自家採種」を毎年繰り返して種と土を適合させています。つまり、本来植物の持つ「自然に育つ力」を存分に引き出すことが私たちの仕事。こうして、本当の味のする農産物づくりを続けています。
